Rutech Solutions second generation of the Plug and Play Toyota SAIS bypass kit. This kit will function on 2008-2013 5.7 Liter V8 Engine. The bypass will clear SAIS dash lights associated with the Rutech Solutions Bypass kit along with clearing limp-mode. Performance MAF sensor (A OEM replaced MAF sensor will not cause an miscommunication)

Updated/Re-flashed ECU (usually performed by a Toyota service tech or dealership)

Toyota 2008-2013 5.7L Air Induction Pump Bypass Kit & Exhaust Port Plates - NO CUTTING!

The Rutech Solutions Toyota SAIS Bypass kit is our second generation kit. The Bypass Module is a solid-state electronic system, and fully encapsulated in epoxy resin combined with two wire harnesses, 18” MAF sensor harness and 30” ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor protected with wire loom. Fitted with high quality plug connectors for a play and play installation, with a functional temperature range from -40 to +185 Degrees F, while keeping the temperature correlation ranges in check. The kit was designed with high quality automotive products to keep the engine bay looking factory without a mess of wires splice into the factory harness. The function of the Rutech Solutions bypass kit is designed to engage at a cold start up as soon as the key is turned to the ignition on position, the bypass Operates during ignition startup by bypassing the initial tests that determine if the AIP system is required to startup, the bypass module will automatically disengages after 12 seconds, not requiring a starter relay wire.

This Kit includes: 

  • Bypass Module - simple plug-in installation - no need to cut or solder wires. Protected with wire loom. 

  • Block-Off Plates (2 included) - made from 304 Stainless Steel, prevents exhaust gasses from leaking back into the AIP valves.  For codes P1441, P1444, P2440, P2442, you ‘must’ install the exhaust block-off plates.  We highly recommend installation of the block-off plates in all circumstances, but for these 4 codes, the module and the plates are required to prevent these codes.

Off-road and performance exhaust systems generally do not have the necessary port for connection of the AIP system - for these systems, the AIP Bypass Module is a must to prevent your engine from going into 'limp'.

WARNING !  Similar products on the market require PERMANENT modifications to the wiring harness - you can't UN-CUT a wire.  They also require soldering skills.  Our module is truly a plug-and-play solution, snapping in and out of the existing harness in a few seconds, with no wire cutting or modifications to existing wiring.
